Important Judgement

You all know that some years back Com. Samal was punished by the Cuttack Administration on flimsy ground for his union activities. The Charge-sheet was challenged in the CAT. Hon'ble CAT, Odisha has now set aside the Charge-sheet. This is very important judgement,which up-held the principle that one can not be the complainant, witness and judge in his own case.
